In order to advertise with us you must first join as a member. 


Single Listings

1. Single Listing 5 photo Ad. You may submit one ad and up to 5 photos. Price is a one time fee of $3. Ad is listed until you sell, 1 year, or you decide to remove it! You will be able to submit your listing to any 1 lake you choose. Added bonus, all listings are featured on the main index page of our directory and rotate randomly for additional exposure.

2. Single Listing 10 photo Ad. You may submit one ad and up to 10 photos. Price is a one time fee of $5.  Ad is listed until you sell, 1 year, or you decide to remove it! You will be able to submit your listing to any 1 lake you choose. Added bonus, all listings are featured on the main index page of our directory and rotate randomly for additional exposure.

Multiple Listings

1. Multiple Listing Ad. You may submit up to 10 ads and up to 10 photos for each listing. Price is a one time payment of $25. Cost = $2.50 per listing!Ads are listed until you sell, 1 year, or decide to remove them! You will be able to submit each listing to any lake you choose. You may submit all your allowed listings to the same lake. You may share listings with co-workers. Added bonus, all listings are featured on the main index page of our directory and rotate randomly for additional exposure.

2. Multiple Listing Ad. You may submit up to 20 ads and up to 10 photos for each listing. Price is a one time payment of $40. Cost = $2 per listing! Ads are listed until you sell, 1 year, or decide to remove them! You will be able to submit each listing to any lake you choose. You may submit all your allowed listings to the same lake. You may share listings with co-workers. Added bonus, all listings are featured on the main index page of our directory and rotate randomly for additional exposure.

3. Multiple Listing Ad. You may submit up to 40 ads and up to 10 photos for each listing. Price is a one time payment of $60. Cost = $ 1.50 per listing! Ads are listed until you sell, 1 year or decide to remove them! You will be able to submit each listing to any lake you choose. You may submit all your allowed listings to the same lake. You may share listings with co-workers.  Added bonus, all listings are featured on the main index page of our directory and rotate randomly for additional exposure.

4. Multiple Listing Ad. You may submit up to 60 ads and up to 10 photos for each listing. Price is a one time payment of $80. Cost = $ 1.25 per listing. This is our best deal. Ads are listed until you sell, 1 year or decide to remove them! You will be able to submit each listing to any lake you choose. You may submit all your allowed listings to the same lake. You may share listings with co-workers. Added bonus, all listings are featured on the main index page of our directory and rotate randomly for additional exposure.



Featured Agent Banner Ads

1. Featured Agent/Company Banner ads appear in the right side column on any given page. They are targeted to appear on the specific lake/state page for which the ad was purchased. Banner ads randomly rotate nationally (all 50 states), for your state (all agents in your state), and for whatever lake you chose to place your banner ad. Please note these slots for Feature Agent Banners are very limited. 

Feature Agent Banner ads include:
- Personal slogan
- Your name
- Company name
- Photo
- Phone numbers
- Link to all your listings
- Website link

Pricing is a one time payment of $10. Feature banner ads are good for 1 year.
